This weekend Dowra will be an intensive set of courses focusing on acquiring the essential Islamic knowledge, which every morally responsible individual must learn in order to be successful in this life and the hereafter. The primary intent of the Dowra is to ensure that each attendee obtains a well grounded understanding of the necessary knowledge of our religion.
The program will include the following sessions:
# Introductory studies in the Essentials of Belief (‘Aqeedah), Purifi cation (Tahaarah), and Prayer (Salah). # A detailed lecture about the well known term, Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama’ah, who they are, and why they are given this title.
